In April 2008, ICN Victoria auspised a Victorian Government sponsored aviation trade mission to attend Aerodrome India, held at the International Exhibition Centre, new Delhi on 10th to 12th April.
Thirteen companies participated on the trade mission, representing the aviation sectors of manufacturing, infrastructure design & construction, infrastructure fit-out (baggage handling, pedestrian control, immigration and ticketing gates, air traffic control, etc), education, and human factors & airline management.
The mission commenced in Delhi to attend the Aerodrome India 2008 exhibition with a large Victorian Government display pavilion, followed by industry and government meetings in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore.
The arranged meetings targeted the sectors of infrastructure development, defence procurement, homeland security & coastal surveillance, education & training and airline management, and included the following companies and government organisations:
